A Virtual Assistant (VA) is someone who specializes in providing ongoing, one-on-one, collaborative-style administrative support.  Generally, Virtual Assistants provide administrative expertise to their clients.  Many VA’s also offer technical and creative services.  Virtual Assistants operate remotely from their own places of business and utilize today’s technology to deliver their services and communicate with clients.

I have over 15 years of experience working in the human resources, customer service and administrative services industries.  In addition, I possess software testing skills acquired as a test engineer at Oracle.  My well-rounded skills also included the ability to perform administrative  and technical tasks in your business.   With a BA in English, I have taken the long and often winding road to perform work as a virtual assistant.
