Laura has a B.A. in English from the University of St. Thomas, in St. Paul, MN.  She has 20+ years experience working in a variety of  career fields and industries.  A great part of her experience is working in customer service in the such diverse areas such as: law school, manufacturing and health care. She also was a software tester for Oracle in Redwood City, CA.
